With over 14 years of experience in the HR field, I have developed a deep understanding of the IT market, the skills and competencies required, and the best practices and strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent.

In addition to my managerial role, I am also an instructor, sharing my knowledge and insights on IT recruiting, agile methodologies, and digital transformation. I hold a MBA in Organizational Psychology from the Buenos Aires University, where I also graduated with honors in Psychology.
